Global Sourcing
KLAS works with numerous factory’ s across the US and overseas that have custom import solutions. We do this by focusing on three main areas:
- Overseas sourcing of items available in our standard catalogs
- Overseas sourcing of modified by KLAS’ catalog items
- Overseas production of KLAS items based on specific customer needs
Standard quotes can be delivered in 24 hours for KLAS catalog items or quotes for modified catalog items. Quote time will vary depending upon the level of complexity of your request.
Allow a minimum of 30-90 days for an overseas order. Production time will vary, and may exceed 90 days, depending on the item and quantity quoted. If a custom mold is required, additional production time may result. An estimated production and shipping schedule will be provided with each quote.
Freight and duty costs will vary depending upon the size, weight and material of the product produced, as well as on the final destination of the order. KLAS Global Sourcing is partnered with an experienced freight forwarder who handles all shipments from the factory overseas to the final delivery destination.
Global Sourcing quotes are generally valid for 30 days from the date on the quote, unless otherwise indicated. After 30 days, the item must be re-quoted. Global Sourcing is unable to quote any FDA regulated items, such as food, medicines, or lotions. On occasion, US import quotas and restrictions may also apply. If such an instance occurs, we will notify you accordingly.
