How long will my order take from start to finish?
Once you place your order with KLAS, it usually takes 1-2 work days to set up your logo and email you a proof. For apparel and promotional products orders, production is 5-7 work days (unless otherwise stated). For label orders, production is 48-hours (unless otherwise stated).

What if I am in a rush and need my embroidered apparel fast?
We can turn-a-round your embroidery job in 2-3 days. An additional $2.00 is added to each item ordered.

What if I need my promotional products fast?
KLAS can turn-a-round most of our promotional products orders within 24-48 hours FREE of charge – depending on the product. Please call KLAS for more details.
