KLAS convert any artwork, whether you have your current artwork in a word document or scanned document. KLAS can convert simple logos for $30.00. Once you place your order with KLAS, it usually takes 1-2 work days to set up your logo and email you a proof. For apparel and promotional products orders, production is 5-7 work days (unless otherwise stated). For label orders, production is 48-hours (unless otherwise stated).

A bleed charge is $30.00. A bleed is when ink extends to the edge of the label. No avoid a bleed charge, please tell customer service that you want your imprint to go 1/16" away from the edge.

A color match charge is $45.00. KLAS will do an ink color match for ink colors other than our standard inks listed online or in our catalogs. Please specify the PMS (Pantone Matching System) color number that you want. You may find this chart on our website.

Orders may be combined for quantity pricing when they are the same size, ordered at the same time, and have the same number of inks with a minimum of 500 labels per design. The following up-charges will apply:

Lamination adds gloss, enhances colors, provides scuff-resistant surface. Available in most sizes. Lamination is charged the same as an additional ink color. Please note: We do not recommend writing or typing on laminated labels.

Perforations are $30.00. Perforations are available in most die-cut sizes. Some sizes are routinely perfed at no charge. These include: 5" x 4", 4" x 3", 5" x 3", 2 ¾" x 1 ¾"; all PML labels; pre-printed border mailing labels; all computer labels (ask for details).

All labels are supplied in rolls unless otherwise specified. Labels are supplied in rolls of 500 or 1000 as determined by our factory. Small sizes may come one, two or three up. Roll quantities of 250-499 are charged at $0.25 each. Roll quantities of 100-249 are charged at $0.40 each. Our extended life durable labels are produced in a sheeted format. Multiple labels per sheet may be supplied.

All of our label screens are produced at 133 LPI with a minimum tint of 2% up to a maximum of 80% and a 60 degree angle. We prefer that you provide a solid for us to screen or send a disk. Process color screens are 150-200 LPI.

Yes, our die-cut labels can be individually stacked. There is a $30.00 for this. This is available in most sizes. Square cuts require an additional charge for tab/score.

White label stock can be custom tinted and is charges as an additional ink color. If the tint is a color match, an additional $42.00 will apply. Note: Tinted label stock cannot easily be written or typed on .

Yes. This is FREE. KLAS does not charge for: printing plates, to enlarge or reduce artwork, screens, curved copy, or up to ten lines of copy. If no typestyle is requested, the copy will be set as Helvetica.

Permanent adhesive is supplied on all orders unless otherwise specified. (It is not tamper proof.) Special adhesives are available; please ask for price and availability.

For best adhesion, apply labels at room temperature to any clean, dry, oil-free, non-textured, non-coated surface. If in doubt as to label adhesion on your product, we will gladly supply stock samples for trial at no charge. Litho and gloss are not recommended for adhesion to vinyl products.

Check unwind direction indicated by arrow on each size. Only fluorescent or litho label stocks can be readily typed or written on. Tinted labels or weatherproof stock do not accept typing.

Die-cut and square cut labels can be ordered black. Deduct 20% off list price.

Our inks are not opaque. (i.e. blue ink on a yellow fluorescent stock will appear green).

These labels can withstand heat, cold, water and sunlight for up to 1.5 years.

Labels are manufactured to withstand harsh environments and rugged applications. This label lasts 3-4 years.

A tape charge is a set up charge for your embroidered logo. The cost is $50.00. This is a ONE TIME fee. Our standard imprint size fits the front left crest of a shirt.

When you are silk screening on tees or sweat shirts, each imprint color and imprint location will have a screen charge. The cost for each screen is $25.00. This is a ONE TIME fee. For example, if you want to silk screen your two color logo on the front left crest of your shirt and print a 2 color imprint on the full back of a shirt, there will be a total of 4 screens (4 screens x $25.00 =$100.00 total).

Our standard silk screen area is about 10" x 10" on the front and back of our shirts, and about a 2" x 2" area for silk screening on short sleeve shirts. KLAS makes it very easy for you. Your imprint can be as big or small as you want! KLAS counts colors and locations of imprint only.

Yes. If you decide to imprint in multiple locations or have multiple imprint colors, there may be an up-charge. Most magnets, mouse pads and sticky notes have a FREE full color process imprint.

Yes, KLAS will match as close as possible free of charge, or get an exact PMS match. PMS matches are $45.00. Usually, our factories have a variety of colors in stock. KLAS will notify you at proofing whether we carry your exact PMS color or close to it.

Yes. You can print your logo on the right-hand drinker side (logo is in front of drinker), left-hand drinker side (logo is in front of drinker), or do a wrap imprint. If not specified, KLAS will imprint your logo on is the right-hand drinker side.

The most general place to imprint your logo is on the barrel of the pen. Some factories allow you to imprint on the clip too. There may be an additional charge of $0.45 for this.

Most of our products are pad printed or silk screened. Some of our metal items, such as our gift pens can be laser engraved. Some of our padded items, such as padfolios or bags can be embossed or debossed.

Most promotional products samples are free. However, some higher end items are not free. To keep our prices low to our customers, we ask that some samples and freight be paid for. Call KLAS for more information. You can even order your samples online!

Yes, you can. Call or email KLAS customer service, and we will get your sample order sent out to you, overnight at ground rates. KLAS will request your credit card # at the time of ordering your samples. Once your samples are returned, KLAS will charge back your credit card or apply a credit to your order, less the freight cost to and from the factory. You can even order your samples online!
