The Order Process

 

1.    Sign off on your quote. Please make sure that your quote is 100% accurate as we go off this for your order.

 

2.    Payment: KLAS requires 100% upfront, less the shipping and the tax. You may use a credit card for processing your order faster.  If you have terms with KLAS Products, Inc. powered by Boundless Network, we require a Purchase Order or Credit Card on file BEFORE an order is processed. 

 

If you choose to pay by check/PO, let KLAS Customer Service know, and Remit To: Boundless Network, Inc. Dept. 3186 PO Box 123186 Dallas, TX 75312-3186. Please send Purchase Order to sales@klasproducts.com.

 

3.    Sign off on your proof. KLAS will send you a proof in 1-3 work days. Please review the proof. We will NOT proceed with your order unless you approve the proof. If the proof is not correct, no worries, we will correct it and re-send it to you.

 

4.    Standard production time on custom apparel and promotional items is 7-10 work days (excludes weekends and holidays). Depending on your location in the US, ship time is about 1-5 days. Due to COVID, if you have an overseas order/PPE order (masks, sanitizers, thermometers, etc.) due dates will vary and exact in hands dates cannot be promised. If this is a Yeti product order, delivery is usually 2-4 weeks production time (depending on the item).

 

5.    Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. A final invoice marked paid and your credit card receipt will be emailed to you. If you do not receive your invoice or receipt, please email  invoicing@boundlessnetwork.com or sales@klasproducts.com and include your quote #.
